Suzuki is Going to Colonize the Moon!

In the 1969 NASA was testing Honda Monkey as a vehicle for the Moon expedition; however, they decided that these bikes are not suitable and found an electric replacement. After so many years Suzuki decided to enter the space development too and support the “ISpace” project. The main goal is to colonize the moon by 2040. Japanese car maker is going to finance 2 missions until the year 2020 and also gave the motorcycles.

“ISpace” is a Japanese company controlling by the team “Hakuto”, which took a part in the “Google Lunar XPRIZE” competition. The company is going to land specially made transport ship on the satellite of the earth together with the Suzuki GSX-R1000 bikes. The spaceship will be developed all the time so the company could make regular flights. This way “ISpace” with Suzuki want to colonize the moon.

Suzuki is one of the biggest investors which support the “ISpace” project. Except of the Japanese car maker, the project was invested by “Tokyo Broadcasting System”, “Konica Minolta”, “Japan Airlines” and “Development Bank of Japan”.

According to the project, “ISpace” will send 1000 people to live on the moon by the year 2040 and more than 10 000 people are going to visit Moon City every year!
